It was great meeting you and celebrated together the international launch of BCI! We mark this milestone with a carbon‑neutral introduction.

The Carbon Credit you received represents 1 kg of biobased carbon uptake, symbolising the offset of our live launch. This credit was acquired at the first‑ever carbon auction at the Dutch real estate fair Provada 2025 and originates from Natuurhuis, a residential biobased construction project in Heeze (NL). The uptake is verified via the Oncra certification platform.

We would like to welcome you to our community. Whether involved with public or private assets, as an architect, asset owner, consultant, contractor, or other stakeholder, we are part of a growing group working with circularity and sustainability assessment. Together, we share the goal of creating a positive impact in the built environment through well informed choices.

By embedding metrics for reuse, recycling, and design for disassembly, we not only minimise carbon emissions but also create systems that can adapt to future needs. The BCI platform empowers the optimisation of sustainable construction projects across the full decision journey for new construction and renovation, from:

• Concept and early design to as‑built construction, and;
• Planned preventive maintenance to renovation or deconstruction planning.
